Any help at all would be greatly appreciated! Here's a copy of my dxdiag: I've tried reinstalling and running as an administrator, neither worked. Any idea what might be causing this? I've submitted a support ticket but am still waiting to hear back from them. However, after about 5 to 10 minutes of use GameMaker will freeze and I'm forced to end the task directly from the task manager. Re-running DxDiag with "dontskip" command line parameter or choosing not to bypass information gathering when prompted might result in DxDiag successfully obtaining this informationĭevice Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1004&SUBSYS_29801462&REV_A1Ĭurrent Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (60Hz)ĭriver Name: nvd3dumx.dll,nvwgf2umx.dll,nvwgf2umx.dll,nvd3dum,nvwgf2um,nvwgf2umįeature Levels: 11.0,10.1,10.0,9.3,9.2,9.Hey guys! Might have forgotten other websites I may have used but I think these cover most of which you can do with fixing error code 31.
Also did not try the repair install but will not try the clean install. Also the blue light is on which is emitting from the wireless adapter. Tried all the suggestions here besides replacing hardware which by the looks of other error code 31 that is not the case. Here is what I have tried so far with this:īoth the top suggestion and the Community Additions Not sure what else to do unless a non-destructive re-install of the operating system is a sure way to fix this. I have tried most if not all of the basic and workaround suggestions to fix this error code 31 that I have found searching the web.

It was working before I installed new drivers and I don't think it is random my Bluetooth drivers got an error code 31 while the new wireless device got it as well. Also with the Bluetooth that is located on the motherboard it also got the error code 31. The wireless device doesn't turn off when the computer goes to sleep so not sure about that.įor the Error code 31 issue I am having I can't get my new wireless device to work properly. I don't have my computer go to sleep because sometimes at work I like to connect to my computer via TeamViewer and looks like you can't connect to it when the computer is sleeping. How can the computer which is just sitting there doing nothing go from 2.5GB used to 10 GB used in 11 hours? Also to note that I don't have my computer go to sleep during that time when I'm at work and I only have it turn off the display after 15mins.
If there is any more info needed let me know. This image shows info for my RAM in RamMap, Process Explorer, Windows Resource Monitor & my windows gadgets. Here is an image of what my ram was at when I got home from work Computer Ram Issue Image. When I get home though and check the computer around 6pm PST the ram can be as high as 10GB currently being used. The computer at that time when I leave for work is using around 2.5GB of ram. When I wake up in the morning during the weekday I turn on the computer around 7am PST. What is happening with the RAM issue is my computer is using up a lot of ram when it is just sitting there idle for most of the day. Now all that is left is to fix the code 31 Error.įor the RAM issue I have it has been bothering me for quite a while now.
